GEAS is a graduate student-run organization and the student government body for graduate students in the Georgia Tech Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
We are composed of an elected board as well as academic representatives for each research discipline within the department.
What do we do?

- Invite 1-2 department seminar speakers per year
- Graduate Student Symposium
- 1st-year mentoring program
- Annual holiday party
- Prospective graduate student visit weekend
- Liaisons between department leadership/faculty and graduate students
